在锂电池产线上,一颗微米级的金属颗粒或一点未被察觉的水分,就足以让电芯报废甚至埋下热失控隐患。机理很明确:铁、铜、锌、铝、锡、不锈钢等金属异物一旦进入正极侧,充电时正极电位被抬升到 3V 以上,金属溶解成离子并随电解液扩散,再在电位低于 1V 的负极表面析出,逐步刺穿隔膜形成化学短路;尺寸更大的颗粒则直接机械刺穿隔膜造成物理短路。水分同样致命——锂盐 LiPF6 遇水会生成腐蚀性极强的氢氟酸(HF),腐蚀电极与结构件、加速容量衰减。所以电池工厂里的清洁设备不是“保洁工具”,而是良率控制链条上的一环,选型逻辑与商业楼宇保洁完全不同。
On a lithium-ion line, a single micron-scale metal particle or a trace of unnoticed moisture is enough to scrap a cell or seed a thermal runaway. The mechanism is well documented: once metal foreign matter (Fe, Cu, Zn, Al, Sn, stainless steel) reaches the cathode side, charging raises the cathode potential above 3 V, the metal dissolves into ions and diffuses through the electrolyte, then re-deposits on the anode surface (below 1 V), eventually piercing the separator and creating a chemical short circuit. Larger particles simply puncture the separator mechanically. Moisture is equally fatal: LiPF6 salt reacts with water to form highly corrosive hydrofluoric acid (HF), which attacks electrodes and hardware and accelerates capacity fade. Cleaning equipment here is part of the yield-control chain, and the selection logic has nothing to do with commercial building housekeeping.

极片制造(配料、涂布、辊压)是重粉尘环节,石墨与三元/磷酸铁锂粉体大量扬尘,行业通行做法是按 ISO 14644 的 ISO 8 级(相当于旧 10 万级)控制;电芯装配(分切、卷绕/叠片)最怕微米级金属屑刺穿隔膜,通常收紧到 ISO 6–7 级(1,000–10,000 级);注液与封装所在的干燥房要求最苛刻,除 ISO 6 级洁净度外,露点普遍要求 −40℃ 至 −70℃(接近 0% 相对湿度),温度多按 25±2℃ 稳定控制,送风端用 HEPA/ULPA 过滤 0.3μm 以上颗粒并维持正压。设备选型前先确认自己所在的是哪一段——三段的清洁方式几乎完全不同。
Electrode manufacturing (mixing, coating, calendering) is the heavy-dust stage: graphite and NMC/LFP powders generate large amounts of airborne particulate, and the common industry practice is ISO 14644 Class 8 (old Class 100,000). Cell assembly (slitting, winding, stacking) is dominated by the risk of micro-metallic particles piercing the separator, so it is typically tightened to ISO 6-7 (Class 1,000-10,000). The dry room where electrolyte filling and sealing take place is the most demanding: ISO Class 6 plus an ultra-low dew point, commonly specified between -40 C and -70 C (effectively 0% RH), with temperature held around 25 +/- 2 C, HEPA/ULPA filtration of particles down to 0.3 micron and positive pressure. Identify which zone you are specifying for before you shortlist any machine, because the three zones are cleaned in almost completely different ways.
干燥房里能做什么、绝对不能做什么
What you can and absolutely cannot do inside a dry room
第一条铁律:干燥房不能用水。任何湿式拖洗、洗地机作业、带水擦拭都会破坏花大代价维持的低露点环境,只能采用干式真空吸尘配合粘尘垫与无尘布干擦。第二条:禁止压缩空气吹扫。吹扫会把已沉降的粉尘重新扬起形成粉尘云,还可能在有电解液蒸气的区域制造静电与火花风险。第三条:注液区电解液溶剂具挥发性且易燃,该区域的用电设备通常需按 ATEX / IECEx 防爆要求选型——采购时必须核对证书覆盖的区域等级(Zone)与设备类别,不能凭“防爆”两个字下单。气动(压缩空气驱动)吸尘器因为整机没有电动机,天然不产生电火花,在这类区域是常见且省事的方案。
Rule one: no water in the dry room. Wet mopping, scrubber-dryer passes and damp wiping all release moisture and undo the very expensive low dew point you are paying to maintain. The only acceptable methods are dry vacuuming plus tacky mats and dry lint-free wiping. Rule two: no compressed-air blowdown. Blowing re-suspends settled dust into a cloud and can generate static and spark risk where electrolyte vapour is present. Rule three: electrolyte solvents are volatile and flammable, so powered equipment in the filling area normally has to be selected against ATEX / IECEx requirements. When you buy, verify that the certificate actually covers your zone classification and equipment category rather than trusting the words explosion proof. Pneumatic (compressed-air driven) vacuums contain no electric motor at all, so they cannot generate an electrical spark, which makes them a common and low-friction choice for these areas.
极片车间的粉尘:石墨与三元粉不是普通灰尘

石墨粉尘同时具备两个麻烦属性:可燃与导电。可燃性意味着按 NFPA 652《可燃性粉尘基础标准》,判定材料是否具可燃/可爆性是业主的责任,并需要完成粉尘危害分析(DHA);导电性意味着扬起的粉尘一旦落进控制柜、伺服驱动器与传感器,会直接造成短路与非计划停机。因此极片车间的吸尘设备应满足四点:不锈钢桶体(耐腐蚀、易清洁、可整机接地)、HEPA 级排气过滤(避免细粉二次排回车间)、导电或静电耗散型软管与接头、整机可靠接地。切忌用家用或普通商用干湿两用机对付极片粉尘——滤材等级不够,细粉会从排气口原样吐回房间。
Graphite dust carries two awkward properties at once: it is combustible and it is electrically conductive. Combustibility means that under NFPA 652 the owner is responsible for determining whether the material is combustible or explosible and for completing a Dust Hazard Analysis (DHA). Conductivity means airborne dust settling into control cabinets, servo drives and sensors causes direct short circuits and unplanned downtime. Vacuum equipment for the electrode shop should therefore satisfy four points: a stainless steel drum (corrosion resistant, easy to clean, groundable), HEPA-grade exhaust filtration so fine powder is not blown back into the room, conductive or static-dissipative hose and couplings, and reliable grounding of the whole unit. Do not attempt to handle electrode powder with a domestic or general commercial wet/dry vacuum: the filter media is not fine enough and the dust comes straight back out of the exhaust.

1) Electrode shop (heavy, conductive dust): three-phase high-power industrial vacuum with stainless drum and HEPA exhaust; for continuous high-dust stations choose a pulse reverse-jet model so the cartridge self-cleans instead of stopping the line every hour to shake filters. 2) Cell assembly (low dust, metal-particle sensitive): small to mid-power stainless industrial vacuum with HEPA and anti-static tools, used for scheduled point cleaning each shift rather than one big clean-down. 3) Filling and dry room (flammable vapour, ultra-low dew point): explosion-protected or pneumatic vacuum, dry pick-up only. 4) Logistics aisles and outer warehouses (non-clean areas): walk-behind or ride-on scrubber-dryers keep outside soil from ever reaching the clean zone, backed by long tacky-mat runs and barrier matting at entrances so forklift tyres do not carry dust inward.

电池车间的静电控制往往只做到“地面防静电、人员穿防静电服”,却忘了清洁设备本身。真空吸尘过程中粉尘在软管内高速摩擦会积累可观静电,如果软管不导电、整机未接地,等于在可燃粉尘环境里放了一个放电点。合规做法是:软管与接头选导电或静电耗散型;整机通过接地线与厂房等电位连接,作业前确认接地可靠;在粉尘区使用离子风机中和极片与隔膜表面的静电,防止粉尘被静电吸附而无法清除。这几项成本很低,却是审核时最常被开不符合项的地方。
Static control in battery plants usually stops at anti-static flooring and ESD garments, and forgets the cleaning equipment itself. During vacuuming, dust moving at high velocity through the hose builds a significant static charge; if the hose is non-conductive and the machine is not grounded, you have effectively placed a discharge point inside a combustible dust environment. The compliant approach is: conductive or static-dissipative hose and couplings, the complete machine bonded to the building equipotential system through a grounding lead, and a pre-use check that grounding is intact. In dusty areas, ionizing blowers neutralise charge on electrode and separator surfaces so dust is not electrostatically pinned in place. These measures cost very little and are among the most frequently written-up findings in customer audits.
