Floor contamination on beer, carbonated soft drink and juice filling lines has three characteristics you do not see in a general workshop. First, sugar adhesion: spilled sugar solutions, syrup and juice dry into a sticky film, and conventional mopping simply dilutes and spreads it, enlarging the contaminated area and creating an overnight culture medium for yeast and mould. Second, broken glass: once bottles break on conveyors or in the packer, fragments are tracked across the whole hall by forklifts and staff, and manual sweeping is neither thorough nor safe. Third, permanent wetness: CIP rinsing, bottle washer overflow and condensation leave almost no drying window, and the drop in wet friction coefficient is a direct cause of slip injuries. These three points mean an office or retail cleaning logic cannot be reused here; the process must be designed by contamination type.

Define standards for four separate units. One, directly under the filling line and in equipment gaps: the heaviest soil in the tightest space, handled mainly by manual scraping plus wet pick-up, with collected residue kept out of the drains. Two, main aisles and forklift lanes: large area, thin soil, the core battleground for mechanised scrubbing and the zone with the highest slip exposure. Three, warehouse, dock and outdoor yard: dust, paper, stretch-film scraps and glass fragments dominate, so sweep rather than wash and avoid turning dry soil into wet soil. Four, drains, gullies and wall bases: the most neglected and most dangerous area, because drain biofilm is a classic reservoir for environmental organisms such as Listeria. It needs a dedicated brushing and disinfection step and must always be cleaned last so dirty water does not splash back onto cleaned zones.

Boundary one, match chemistry to soil type: sugar and yeast films are organic soils that normally need an alkaline detergent plus sufficient contact time, and blasting them with water alone is wasted effort, whereas scale and beer stone are inorganic deposits requiring periodic acid treatment, with thorough intermediate rinsing whenever acid and alkali alternate. Boundary two, water temperature versus substrate: epoxy, polyurethane screed and resin self-levelling floors differ widely in thermal shock and chemical tolerance, and hot rinsing can delaminate a coating, so confirm the floor documentation before selecting a method. Boundary three, when to use high pressure: near exposed product or packaging, a high pressure lance disperses contamination as aerosol onto equipment and packaging surfaces, so common industry practice is to confine pressure washing to shutdown periods with no product exposure and to rely day to day on low-pressure foam, rinsing and mechanical wet recovery.

安全上有四条不能松:一是湿区作业必须设置警示与临时通道,滑倒是这类车间最高频的工伤;二是电气设备与线体附近冲洗前须按厂内规程断电挂牌,避免带电进水;三是清洁人员需配备防切割手套与防滑鞋,碎玻璃处理不得徒手;四是清洗废水含糖分与化学品,有机负荷高,排放前应经厂内预处理,按当地环保要求执行。保养上,班后应清空并冲洗洗地机污水箱与吸尘设备集污桶、取出滚刷或百洁垫晾干、清理吸水胶条上的玻璃碎屑;每周检查胶条磨损、过滤器与浮球阀;每月检查电池与充电状态、密封件与管路老化情况。湿热高糖环境会显著加快耗材老化,备件库存应按实际更换周期而非说明书理论值来备。

Four safety rules cannot be relaxed. Barricade wet work and provide a temporary walking route, because slips are the most frequent injury in this environment. Isolate and lock out electrical equipment and line panels before any washing near them. Issue cut-resistant gloves and slip-resistant footwear; glass fragments are never handled bare-handed. Treat wash water as high organic load effluent containing sugars and chemicals, pre-treat it on site and discharge according to local environmental rules. For maintenance: after each shift empty and rinse the scrubber recovery tank and vacuum collection drum, remove brushes or pads to dry, and clear glass splinters from the squeegee blades. Weekly, check blade wear, filters and float valves. Monthly, check battery condition and charging, seals and hose ageing. A hot, humid, high-sugar environment ages consumables considerably faster, so plan spare part stock on observed replacement intervals rather than catalogue figures.
