混凝土、砖石、石材的切割、打磨、钻孔会释放可吸入结晶二氧化硅(RCS)粉尘。这类颗粒比普通沙子小 100 倍以上,可深入肺部,导致矽肺(不可治愈)、肺癌、慢阻肺(COPD)与肾病。OSHA 29 CFR 1926.1153 自 2017 年 9 月 23 日起对建筑业强制执行,工地清洁必须纳入职业暴露控制。
Cutting, grinding and drilling concrete, brick and stone release respirable crystalline silica (RCS) dust. These particles are over 100 times smaller than ordinary sand and can reach the lungs, causing silicosis (incurable), lung cancer, COPD and kidney disease. OSHA 29 CFR 1926.1153 has been enforced for construction since 23 September 2017, so jobsite cleaning must be part of the exposure-control program.

The standard sets an 8-hour time-weighted average permissible exposure limit (PEL) of 50 µg/m³ and an action level (AL) of 25 µg/m³. Above the action level, employers must perform exposure assessment, apply engineering controls and respiratory protection, and keep a written exposure control plan. A HEPA filter is officially defined as at least 99.97% efficient on 0.3 µm mono-dispersed particles.

OSHA 明确限制会引发粉尘再悬浮的清扫方式,干扫硅尘属违规操作。正确做法是用 HEPA 工业吸尘器收集碎屑与细粉尘,从源头避免二次扬尘,把可吸入暴露压到限值以下。
OSHA restricts housekeeping that re-suspends dust; dry sweeping of silica dust is a violation. The correct method is to collect debris and fine dust with a HEPA industrial vacuum at the source, preventing secondary airborne exposure and keeping respirable levels under the limit.

Main roads, parking areas and warehouse floors accumulate gravel, sand and dust. A ride-on sweeper covers far more area per pass than a broom, sharply reducing cleaners' dust-exposure time and enabling a quick end-of-day cleanup.

设备底盘、装卸区、混凝土地面的油污与泥渍,用高压清洗机(按场景选 PSI/GPM)冲洗,可在减少化学清洁剂用量的同时快速恢复地面清爽,降低滑倒风险。
Oil, grease and mud on equipment underbodies, loading zones and concrete are best removed with a pressure washer (select PSI/GPM by task). This restores a clean, slip-resistant floor with less chemical cleaner and lowers slip risk.
收尾与设备擦拭:工业擦拭布/纸
Finishing and equipment wiping: industrial wipes
装修后金属构件、门窗框、工具表面的粉尘与手印,用低绒工业擦拭布或擦拭纸收尾,避免普通棉布掉纤维残留污染已清洁面,也利于交付验收。
After renovation, dust and fingerprints on metal frames, window casings and tools are finished with low-lint industrial wipes or wiping paper. Unlike ordinary cotton rags, they do not shed fibres onto the cleaned surface and help pass handover inspection.

Combine equipment by area and trade: HEPA vacuum (per machine/workstation) + sweeper (large debris) + pressure washer (heavy soil) + wipes (finishing). As a rule of thumb, mechanised cleaning can replace the output of roughly 6-10 manual cleaners, with payback typically in months and compliance shifted from labour to controllable engineering controls.
