Three questions decide the deck in 30 seconds
选盘刷还是滚刷,不需要看参数表,先回答三个问题。一,地面有没有纹路、砖缝或凹坑?有——倾向滚刷。二,作业前地面有没有固体碎屑(砂石、包装碎片、木屑、菜叶)?有——倾向滚刷。三,需不需要做抛光、起蜡或剥离旧蜡?需要——必须盘刷。三个问题里有两个指向同一侧,答案基本就定了。绝大多数「洗地机洗不干净」的投诉,根源不是机器功率不够,而是刷头类型和地面材质错配:拿平底盘刷去洗防滑纹路砖,刷垫只在凸起顶面滑过,凹槽里的油泥原封不动。
You do not need a spec sheet to choose between disc and cylindrical. Answer three questions. One: does the floor have texture, grout lines or pitting? If yes, lean cylindrical. Two: is there loose solid debris before cleaning, such as grit, packaging scraps, wood chips or food waste? If yes, lean cylindrical. Three: do you need polishing, burnishing or wax stripping? If yes, you need disc. When two of the three point the same way, the decision is made. Most complaints that a scrubber does not clean well trace back not to insufficient power but to a mismatch between deck type and floor texture: a flat pad on a textured anti-slip tile skims the raised profile and leaves the recesses untouched.

盘刷是平底圆盘,与地面平行水平旋转,转速通常在 150-300 RPM 之间(多数商用机型标定 250-300 RPM)。整个盘面全程贴地,清洁液被压在垫下停留时间更长,有利于溶解重油层。滚刷则是一对管状辊刷,反向对转,转速高得多,一般在 600-1,500 RPM(常见商用机型 600-800 RPM)。高转速让刷毛能把嵌进缝隙的污垢「弹」出来,刷子向上向内旋转,把物料从地面带离。水路布置也不同:盘刷机通常从盘中心向下供液,滚刷机则通过前置滴水盘把液体铺在刷前。
A disc deck is a flat circular pad rotating horizontally, parallel to the floor, typically at 150-300 RPM, with most commercial machines rated 250-300 RPM. The whole pad face stays in contact, holding solution under the pad longer, which helps dissolve heavy grease films. A cylindrical deck uses a pair of tube-shaped roller brushes counter-rotating at much higher speed, generally 600-1,500 RPM, with 600-800 RPM common on commercial machines. The high speed lets bristles flick embedded soil out of recesses, and the brushes turn upward and inward to lift material off the floor. Water delivery differs too: disc machines feed solution down through the centre of the brush, while cylindrical machines spread it via a drip tray ahead of the rollers.

这是两者最本质的差别。盘刷把整机下压力均匀分摊在一个宽大的平面上,压强适中但覆盖均匀,非常适合光滑地面的抛光、化学剥离和大面积重污清洗——机器越重、刷压越大,去除积垢的能力越强。滚刷沿一条狭窄的切线接触地面,同样的机重被集中到极小的接触面积上,局部咬合压力显著更高,因此更容易把卡在裂缝、砖缝、防滑纹路里的顽固污垢拉出来。一句话概括:盘刷赢在「面上的力量」,滚刷赢在「点上的力量」。
This is the fundamental difference. A disc spreads machine down-pressure evenly across a wide flat area: moderate pressure, uniform coverage, ideal for polishing, chemical stripping and heavy soil removal on smooth floors. The heavier the machine and the higher the brush pressure, the more build-up it removes. A cylindrical deck contacts the floor along a narrow tangent line, concentrating the same machine weight onto a tiny area and producing far higher localised biting pressure, which is what pulls stubborn soil out of cracks, grout lines and anti-slip profiles. In short: disc wins on force across an area, cylindrical wins on force at a point.

这是最影响现场效率的一条,却常在选型时被跳过。滚刷机自带集屑盒,对转的刷辊会把松散的固体碎屑向上向内扫起,直接甩进一个可拆卸的收集盘,作业结束由操作员倒掉即可。这意味着扫和洗一次完成、不需要预先干扫,而且因为是湿式清扫,全程不扬尘。盘刷机没有任何拾取机构,遇到固体垃圾只有两种结果:往前推,或者卷进盘下卡住甚至划伤地面。所以盘刷机的标准作业流程必然包含「先人工或机械干扫一遍」。在包装碎屑多的仓库、砂石多的车库、菜叶油污多的后厨,这一道工序的人力成本相当可观。
This has the biggest effect on labour, yet it is routinely skipped during selection. A cylindrical machine has a built-in debris tray. The counter-rotating rollers sweep loose solids upward and inward, flicking them straight into a removable hopper the operator empties after the run. Sweeping and scrubbing happen in one pass, and because the sweeping is wet, no dust is raised. A disc machine has no pick-up mechanism at all: solid debris is either pushed forward or trapped under the deck, where it can score the floor. So the standard procedure for a disc machine always includes a manual or mechanical dry sweep first. In warehouses full of packaging scraps, car parks with grit, or kitchens with food waste and grease, that extra pass costs real money.
地面材质对照:什么地面配什么刷

盘刷优先的地面:VCT 塑胶地砖、片材乙烯基、抛光混凝土、环氧自流平、光滑釉面砖——共同特征是平整、无深缝、需要定期抛光去除鞋印划痕,典型场景是学校、零售门店、医疗机构与办公楼。滚刷优先的地面:有缝瓷砖与缸砖、广场砖、橡胶凸点安全地面、防滑纹路地面、花纹钢板、天然石材、粗糙或有微裂的老混凝土——典型场景是食品饮料加工厂、商业后厨、更衣室、停车场、仓储与生产车间。特别提醒两点:一是带凸起防滑纹路的安全地面会快速撕裂传统平底刷垫,耗材成本会失控,必须用滚刷;二是后厨的砖缝油污与细菌,平底盘垫根本够不到,只有高转速滚刷配合合适的碱性清洁剂才能处理。
Disc-first floors: VCT, sheet vinyl, polished concrete, epoxy screed and smooth glazed tile. All are flat, without deep joints, and need periodic polishing to remove scuffs; typical settings are schools, retail, healthcare and offices. Cylindrical-first floors: grouted and quarry tile, paver tile, rubber studded safety flooring, textured anti-slip surfaces, chequer plate, natural stone, and rough or micro-cracked older concrete; typical settings are food and beverage plants, commercial kitchens, locker rooms, car parks, warehouses and production halls. Two warnings. Raised-profile safety flooring shreds conventional flat pads quickly and pushes consumable costs out of control, so cylindrical is mandatory. And kitchen grout lines harbouring grease and bacteria are simply out of reach for a flat pad; only high-speed rollers with an appropriate alkaline detergent will clean them.

耗材多样性上盘刷占优:它能装各种材质的刷盘和垫托(尼龙、聚丙烯、研磨丝,以及抛光垫、剥离垫),一台机器换个垫就能从日常清洗切换到起蜡剥离,工具灵活度高;滚刷的刷毛粗细也有选择,但可选范围通常没有盘刷丰富。用水上滚刷更省:盘刷需要更多溶液维持刷垫饱和状态,滚刷用较少的水就能达到同等效果。磨损方面,滚刷因对转受力均衡,磨损通常更均匀;盘刷如果机器不水平或刷压调节不当,容易出现偏磨。刷子寿命没有通用公式,取决于使用频率、地面粗糙度、脏污程度和操作速度,多数盘刷本身带有磨损指示标记,到位就换。
Disc wins on tooling variety: it accepts brushes and pad drivers in many materials (nylon, polypropylene, abrasive filament, plus polishing and stripping pads), so a single machine switches from daily cleaning to wax stripping with a pad change. Cylindrical brushes come in different bristle grades but usually with a narrower range. Cylindrical wins on water: disc decks need more solution to keep the pad saturated, while rollers achieve comparable results with less. On wear, counter-rotation tends to wear cylindrical brushes evenly, whereas disc brushes wear unevenly if the machine is out of level or brush pressure is set wrong. There is no universal formula for brush life; it depends on frequency, floor abrasiveness, soil load and operator speed. Most disc brushes include a moulded wear indicator, so replace when it reaches the mark.

不要把这道题当成非此即彼。一个典型的混合场地——比如带生产车间、成品库、办公区与食堂的制造工厂——最经济的配置往往是:车间与成品库用滚刷机(地面有纹路、碎屑多、免预清扫省人力),办公区与展示区用盘刷机(地面平整、需要定期抛光维持观感),食堂后厨再单配一台小型滚刷或窄道机型。分区配置的总投入未必比「买一台大的通吃」更高,但清洁效果和人力节省的差距会在半年内显现出来。选型前建议做一件事:带着手机去每个区域拍一张地面近景照,纹路和缝隙在照片里一目了然,比任何描述都准。
Do not treat this as an either-or decision. A typical mixed site, such as a manufacturing plant with production halls, finished goods storage, offices and a canteen, is usually served most economically by zoning: cylindrical machines in production and storage, where floors are textured and debris-heavy and the pre-sweep saving is real; disc machines in offices and showrooms, where floors are flat and need periodic polishing to maintain appearance; and a compact cylindrical or narrow-aisle unit dedicated to the kitchen. Zoned equipment does not necessarily cost more than one large do-everything machine, but the difference in cleaning quality and labour hours shows within six months. Before you specify, do one thing: walk each area and photograph the floor close up. Texture and joint depth are obvious in a photo, and more reliable than any verbal description.
