Five 60-Second Checks That Clear Most Streaks
在拆任何东西之前,按顺序做完这五步:一、清走地面大颗粒垃圾。碎石、扎带、缠绕膜尾巴卡在胶条下面,是水痕最常见的单一原因,作业前预扫是最便宜的解决方案。二、抬起吸水耙,用湿抹布擦净胶条上下两个唇边,一颗小石子或一撮毛发就足以拉出一条长水痕。三、排空回收箱,回收箱满或浮球断流阀被顶起会让真空瞬间归零,机器看起来在跑但完全不吸水。四、降低行进速度,水回收需要时间,胶条后面拖出水尾时先减速。五、换一块干净的刷盘或百洁垫,吸饱污垢的垫子只会把脏水和药剂抹开,形成带状残留。这五步做完仍有问题,再往下逐项排查。
Before you dismantle anything, run these five in order. One: clear large debris. Grit, zip-ties and shrink-wrap tails caught under the squeegee are the single most common cause of streaking, and a pre-sweep is the cheapest fix there is. Two: drop the squeegee and wipe both lip edges with a damp rag - one pebble or a clump of hair will draw a long streak. Three: empty the recovery tank. A full tank or a lifted ball float shutoff kills vacuum instantly, so the machine runs but picks up nothing. Four: slow down. Water recovery needs time, so reduce travel speed wherever you see a watery tail. Five: fit a clean pad or brush; a loaded pad simply smears soil and chemistry into residue bands. If the problem survives all five, work down the list below.

The squeegee is suspect number one. Check 1, the edge: hold it to the light and look for nicks, waves or rounding, because only a crisp straight edge wipes clean. Most blades have four usable edges, so rotate to a fresh one and only replace once all four are used. Check 2, angle and float: the squeegee should trail with light even contact. Dry in the centre and wet at the ends means too much down-pressure or wrong pitch, so back it off; wet in the centre and dry at the ends means increase pitch and inspect the centre vacuum slot for blockage. Check 3, wheels and frame: if the squeegee castors are bound with hair and cannot roll freely they wear flat and drag, causing one-sided streaks and scratching the floor. Bent frames and uneven castor heights do the same. Replace the blade set when edges look shiny and rounded, all four edges are used, you need extra pressure just to get pickup, or the same line repeats at a fixed wheel position.

如果水几乎完全吸不上来,先做一个 10 秒判断:把手指伸到吸水耙的吸口下方,感觉不到吸力就说明回路被堵。第 4 项拆下吸水软管,用手掌堵住管口试吸力;若管口有吸力而吸口没有,堵点就在吸水耙内部。清堵可以打开回收箱盖找到软管接口,用自来水反向冲洗。第 5 项查密封:回收箱盖的密封垫必须压实,清水箱加水口盖也要拧紧,任何一处漏气都会让真空度掉下来,表现为「吸一半」。软管有裂纹、针孔或接头松脱是同一类问题。第 6 项查浮球与滤网:浮球断流阀卡住或滤网被污垢糊死会直接切断吸力,拆下用水冲洗即可。真空电机的声音也要听——音调均匀说明正常,声音发虚或忽高忽低时,先查真空滤芯和线路,不要急着判定电机损坏。
If almost no water is recovered, make a ten-second diagnosis: put your fingers under the squeegee vacuum slot; no suction means the path is blocked. Check 4: pull the vacuum hose off the squeegee and test suction with your hand over the hose end. Suction at the hose but not at the slot puts the blockage inside the squeegee assembly. To clear it, open the recovery tank lid, find the hose port and flush water back through it. Check 5, seals: the recovery tank lid gasket must seat tightly and the clean-water fill cap must be tight, because any leak drops vacuum lift and produces half-hearted pickup. Cracked hoses, pinholes and loose cuffs belong in the same category. Check 6, float and screen: a stuck ball float or a gunked filter screen cuts suction outright and only needs rinsing. Listen to the vacuum motor too - an even tone is healthy, and if it sounds weak or uneven check the vacuum filter and wiring before condemning the motor.

第 7 项,机器不出水或出水太少:先看清水箱液位与进水滤网,再检查出水阀/电磁阀是否被水垢或残膜堵塞,管路有没有折弯;很多机型出厂默认最小流量档,调大流量阀即可解决。药剂长期静置会在清水箱内壁形成薄膜,排水时这层膜会糊住箱内出水口的过滤网,因此清水箱也需要定期冲洗。管路结垢可按厂家指引用温水冲洗。第 8 项,药剂配比:过量稀释液会留下残膜光晕,干后地面发雾;严格按标签配比,并使用厂家认可的低泡清洁剂。泡沫过多会被吸进真空回路造成假性失吸,在回收箱内加少量消泡剂即可缓解。第 9 项,水质:硬水中的矿物质会留下水膜条纹,可改用软化水或增加一遍清水过水,问题通常立刻改善。
Check 7, no or little solution: start with tank level and inlet screen, then inspect the solution valve or solenoid for scale and film and clear any kinked lines. Many machines ship on the lowest flow setting, so opening the flow valve often solves it outright. Detergent left standing forms a film inside the solution tank that coats the outlet strainer when the tank is drained, which is why the clean-water tank needs periodic flushing too; flush calcification with warm water per the manufacturer's guidance. Check 8, dilution: over-mixed detergent leaves residue halos and a hazy floor once dry. Follow label dilution exactly and use a manufacturer-approved low-foam detergent. Excess foam gets drawn into the vacuum path and mimics suction loss - a small dose of defoamer in the recovery tank fixes it. Check 9, water quality: minerals in hard water leave filmy streaks, so switch to softened water or add a clean-water rinse pass.

第 10 项,刷盘/百洁垫匹配错误:过硬过粗的垫会在软性面层上留下旋纹甚至微划伤,过软的垫则只是把污垢抹开;粗糙面(防滑砖、水磨石、有缝地砖)用刷,光滑密封面(环氧、抛光混凝土、PVC)用垫,按污染程度选颜色等级。刷毛磨到磨损指示线以下必须更换,通常 3–6 个月一次。刷盘被铁丝、绳子、缠绕膜缠住会导致不转或转速不匀,长时间可能烧毁刷盘电机,作业前检查一次即可避免这项高额维修。第 11 项,操作手法:重污染区用两遍法——第一遍开水开刷做刷洗,第二遍只开真空做回收;每道之间重叠 5–8 厘米(2–3 英寸),让胶条压住上一道的水线;转弯时胶条容易跳动打颤,应减速并确认脚轮高度一致。第 12 项,电池:铅酸电池要保持正确液位(只补蒸馏水)、避免深度放电、每次用后充满;如果续航突然大幅缩短,做一次电池检测,个别弱电芯会拉低整组电压,进而削弱真空吸力和回收效果。要注意充电次数是有限的,每插一次充电器就算一个循环,无论充 2 分钟还是 10 小时。
Check 10, wrong pad or brush: an over-aggressive pad leaves swirl marks or micro-gouges on softer finishes while a too-soft pad just smears. Use brushes on textured surfaces such as anti-slip tile, terrazzo and grouted floors, and pads on smooth sealed surfaces such as epoxy, polished concrete and vinyl, matching pad grade to soil level. Replace brushes once bristles wear past the wear indicator, typically every 3-6 months. Brushes tangled with wire, string or shrink wrap stop rotating or rotate unevenly and can overheat and destroy the brush motor - one pre-shift check avoids an expensive repair. Check 11, technique: on heavy soil use the two-pass method, scrubbing with solution on the first pass and recovering with vacuum only on the second; overlap each pass by 2-3 inches so the squeegee picks up the previous water line; slow down through turns, where the squeegee tends to chatter and lift. Check 12, batteries: keep flooded lead-acid cells topped with distilled water only, avoid deep discharges and charge fully after each use. A sudden runtime drop warrants a battery test, since one weak cell drags the whole pack down and weakens vacuum performance. Remember charge cycles are finite - every time the charger is plugged in it counts as a cycle, whether for two minutes or ten hours.

A foul recovery tank is bacterial growth plus chemical build-up in residual dirty water. To treat it, deep clean the tank with a mild detergent or a diluted bleach solution, scrubbing the walls, float and screen, then drain completely and let it dry. Prevention comes down to three habits. First, drain and rinse the recovery tank immediately after every shift and never leave dirty water overnight. Second, when charging, prop the recovery tank lid and machine top against each other so the tank airs out and the heat and gases produced during battery charging can escape. Third, wash and dry brushes and pads instead of storing them wet on the machine. Flush the solution tank periodically as well to stop detergent film forming.
