Green cleaning reduces chemical, energy, water and toxicity impacts. It is both a LEED prerequisite and part of corporate ESG and supply-chain carbon audits. LEED v4.1 O+M makes a Green Cleaning Policy a mandatory prerequisite and credits green cleaning under EQ.

LEED v4.1 green-cleaning 'powered janitorial equipment' option requires at least 40% (by cost) of powered equipment to meet criteria: vacuums must be CRI Green Label certified and ≤70 dBA; scrubbers need variable-speed feed pumps plus on-board metering, or tap-water-only operation. This points straight to battery, low-noise, precisely dosed machines.

A traditional mop uses 50–100 L per 1,000 m²; walk-behind scrubbers use 2–5 L and ride-ons 5–10 L (with recovery), a 90%–95% cut, while cutting chemicals 40%–60%. At 10,000 sq ft/day, annual water savings reach thousands of liters — a double win for LEED water credits and cost.

电瓶洗地机/扫地机无尾气、低噪、室内外通用,替代丙烷/燃油机型。欧盟新电池法规 (EU) 2023/1542(2023-08-17 生效)要求:容量 >2kWh 的工业电池自 2026-02-18 起须作碳足迹声明,自 2027-02-18 起须配数字“电池护照”(二维码溯源碳足迹、回收料占比、健康状态),并加贴 CE 标志;2031 年起回收料门槛为钴 16%/锂 6%/镍 6%/铅 85%。采购带可追溯电池的机型,利于出口欧盟与 ESG 披露。
Battery scrubbers/sweepers have no exhaust, low noise and work indoors and out, replacing propane/fuel units. EU Battery Regulation (EU) 2023/1542 (in force 2023-08-17) requires industrial batteries >2 kWh to carry a carbon-footprint declaration from 2026-02-18 and a digital 'battery passport' (QR traceability of footprint, recycled content, state of health) plus CE marking from 2027-02-18; from 2031 recycled-content thresholds are 16% Co / 6% Li / 6% Ni / 85% Pb. Choosing traceable-battery machines aids EU export and ESG disclosure.
