International pad color code

行业通用色标按研磨度由轻到重：白色/红色用于抛光与日常轻清洁；蓝色用于周期性中度去污；绿色用于深度擦洗与轻度除蜡；棕色/黑色用于剥离旧涂层与重垢。浅色最软、深色最粗，选错会伤地面。

The industry color code ranks abrasiveness light-to-heavy: white/red for polishing and daily light cleaning; blue for periodic moderate soil; green for deep scrubbing and light stripping; brown/black for stripping old finish and heavy soil. Lightest pads are softest, darkest coarsest — wrong choice damages floors.

按地材与污级选垫

Match pad to floor & soil

大理石、水磨石、木地板等娇贵面→白/红；乙烯基、瓷砖、密封硬木日常→红/蓝；混凝土、水磨石重污→绿/棕；工业混凝土地面除旧蜡→黑。原则：从最软垫开始，不够再升级，避免一上来就用黑垫伤涂层。

Marble, terrazzo, wood → white/red; vinyl, tile, sealed hardwood daily → red/blue; concrete, terrazzo with heavy soil → green/brown; industrial concrete stripping old wax → black. Rule: start with the softest pad, step up only if needed, never open with black on a coated floor.

按机器转速匹配

Match pad to machine RPM

洗地机/单擦机多为 100–350 RPM，适配红/蓝/绿；高速抛光机 300–3000 RPM 才用白垫出光。转速与垫不匹配会降低效率甚至损伤；购买前核对设备建议转速与垫尺寸（常见 15"/17" 盘）。

Scrubbers/single-disc machines run ~100–350 RPM and suit red/blue/green; high-speed burnishers at 300–3000 RPM use white for gloss. Mismatched speed/pa d lowers results and can damage; check the machine's recommended RPM and pad size (commonly 15"/17" disc) before buying.

清洁剂怎么配

How to dose chemicals

日常保养用中性或低泡清洁剂；重油垢用专用碱性除油剂；石材/环氧避免强酸强碱。多数现代洗地机支持自动配比（如 Dose-Matic 可省约 50% 化学剂），按厂家指引投加，勿过量。

Daily maintenance uses neutral or low-foam cleaner; heavy grease uses a dedicated alkaline degreaser; avoid harsh acid/alkali on stone/epoxy. Most modern scrubbers support auto-dosing (e.g. Dose-Matic cuts chemical ~50%) — follow the maker's guidance, don't overdose.

Clean before you disinfect

EPA 与感染控制最佳实践强调：先清洁去除污物与有机物，再按需消毒并保证接触时间。地面清洁通常不强制消毒，除非是食品、医疗等高卫生要求区域。

EPA and infection-control best practice stress: clean to remove soil and organics first, then disinfect as needed with proper contact time. Floor cleaning is usually not mandated to be disinfected unless in food, healthcare or other high-hygiene zones.

维护与更换

Maintenance & replacement

每次用完冲洗 pads 去残留、晾干防异味与细菌；两面可用延长寿命；当研磨感明显下降或起毛即更换。存放于阴凉干燥处，远离强化学品与日晒。

Rinse pads after each use to remove residue, air-dry to prevent odor and bacteria; both sides usable extend life; replace when abrasiveness drops or fraying appears. Store cool, dry, away from harsh chemicals and sunlight.
