欧标EN 60335-2-69按可处理粉尘危害分级：L级（最低危害，过滤≥99%，如一般建筑垃圾与土壤）；M级（中等，≥99.9%，硬木尘、部分矿物尘）；H级（高危，系统总效率≥99.995%，强制用于呼吸性结晶硅、石棉、铅、致癌细尘）。等级累加——H级可做M/L级的活，反之不可。

EU standard EN 60335-2-69 classes vacs by dust hazard: L (low, ≥99%, e.g. general debris and soil), M (medium, ≥99.9%, hardwood/mineral dust), H (high, system efficiency ≥99.995%, mandatory for respirable crystalline silica, asbestos, lead, carcinogenic fine dust). Classes are cumulative—H covers M/L, not vice versa.

EN 1822按最易穿透粒径（MPPS，约0.1-0.3μm）定义效率：H13 ≥99.95%，H14 ≥99.995%。H14在相同粒径下穿透量仅为H13的1/10，在硅尘/石棉等累积暴露场景更关键。只有按EN 1822认证测试的滤芯才算真HEPA，'HEPA-type'未必达标。

EN 1822 defines efficiency at the most penetrating particle size (MPPS ~0.1-0.3 µm): H13 ≥99.95%, H14 ≥99.995%. H14 lets through one-tenth the particles of H13 at the same size—critical for cumulative silica/asbestos exposure. Only EN 1822-certified filters are true HEPA; 'HEPA-type' may not meet the standard.

Using L/M vacs on silica or asbestos is non-compliant (breaks the hierarchy of controls). From 2024 many regions tightened rules—engineered-stone disturbance requires H-class; silica workplace exposure limits keep tightening, and H-class is becoming the default for serious compliance. Mining and government tenders increasingly specify H-class.

Wet cutting needs wet/dry models that handle slurry; auto-pulse/shake extends filter life; bag systems allow sealed disposal, lowering secondary exposure. Power is single/three-phase; flammable sites need ATEX-rated units.
