普通工业吸尘器多偏粉尘回收，遇到冷却液、油污水、泥浆等液体就无能为力。干湿两用机型用一套设备同时处理干尘与液体，适合机加工车间、汽修、食品与地面保洁等“粉尘+液体”混合工况，减少设备重复采购。
Standard industrial vacuums focus on dust; they struggle with coolant, oily water or slurry. Wet & dry models handle both dry dust and liquid with one machine, fitting machine shops, auto repair, food plants and floor care where dust and liquid mix—avoiding duplicate equipment.
不锈钢桶与耐腐蚀
Stainless tank and corrosion resistance
桶体材质决定耐用与耐腐蚀性。AISI 304 不锈钢尘桶耐水、耐弱酸碱，优于普通塑料桶，在食品、化工、潮湿环境更稳。选购时确认桶体材质与密封耐性是否匹配所吸液体（强腐蚀液体须专门确认）。
Tank material drives durability and corrosion resistance. AISI 304 stainless resists water and mild acid/alkali and outperforms plastic tanks in food, chemical and wet environments. Confirm the tank material and seal compatibility with the liquid being picked up (strong corrosives need specific verification).
干湿双滤网与浮球装置
Dual dry/wet filters and float valve
标配干式（粉尘）与湿式（液体）两套滤网：干吸用粉尘滤网，湿吸换装湿式滤网以防滤芯浸水失效。浮球装置在液位到达顶部时上浮切断吸力，防止液体倒灌电机。部分机型配排液泵，可不必搬桶即可排出吸集液体。
Machines ship with separate dry (dust) and wet (liquid) filters: use the dust filter for dry pickup and swap to the wet filter for liquids to avoid saturating the cartridge. A float valve rises with liquid level and cuts suction at the top to stop backflow into the motor. Some models add a discharge pump to drain without lifting the tank.

M 级过滤（依据 IEC 60335-2-69）可拦截有害粉尘；可选 HEPA H14（依据 EN 1822）捕集 99.995% 至 0.18 μm 的微粒，用于高洁净或制药场景。含液粉尘可用固液分离器处理。过滤等级须与所吸物质危害等级匹配。
M-class filtration (per IEC 60335-2-69) captures hazardous dust; optional HEPA H14 (per EN 1822) traps 99.995% of particles down to 0.18 μm for high-cleanliness or pharmaceutical use. Liquid-laden dust can be handled with a solid-liquid separator. Match the filter class to the hazard of the material.
防爆与易燃液体
Explosion protection and flammable liquids
吸取易燃液体或可燃粉尘（如溶剂、油品、金属粉）必须使用 ATEX Zone 22 认证机型：全金属导电结构、无刷电机、接地配件，如液浴惰化类方案（EXP50 INERT 等）。严禁用普通机型吸易燃物——这是重大安全隐患。
Picking up flammable liquids or combustible dust (solvents, oils, metal powders) requires an ATEX Zone 22 certified machine: fully conductive metal construction, brushless motor and grounded accessories, such as liquid-bath inerting designs (e.g. EXP50 INERT). Never use a standard machine for flammables—a major safety hazard.
