地铁站与地面建筑不同——地下封闭空间通风有限、客流在早晚高峰剧烈波动、设备只能在行车间隙（夜间“天窗”）作业。清洁方案必须兼顾安全（不侵限、不触电）、效率（短窗口）与卫生（扶手、闸机、座椅等高频接触面）。此外地下环境湿度高，地面更易打滑，防滑与速干是关键。

Unlike above-ground buildings, metro stations are enclosed underground spaces with limited ventilation, sharp passenger peaks at morning and evening rush hours, and equipment that can only work during the nighttime window between train services. A cleaning plan must balance safety (no track intrusion, no electric shock), efficiency (short windows) and hygiene (high-touch surfaces like handrails, gates and seats). High humidity underground also makes floors more slippery, so slip resistance and fast drying are critical.

Divide the station into four functional zones. The concourse and entrances, high-traffic areas, are cleaned with a ride-on scrubber to quickly remove footprints and grit; the platform, being close to the track, requires a walk-behind scrubber that does not intrude on the track boundary, with edge work paused when trains pass; escalators and stairs are cleaned with an industrial vacuum to remove debris from step gaps and machine rooms; plant areas and restrooms use a sprayer for surface disinfection and a wet-dry vacuum for standing water. Zones are scheduled at staggered times to avoid clashing with passenger flow.

Washing: a dual-gun industrial pressure washer (ylbd160) removes stubborn stains at entrances and pre-treats graffiti. Edge work must be guarded and crews withdrawn when trains pass; all electrical equipment must meet the station moisture and explosion-protection requirements, and non-compliant power sources are prohibited underground; chemical cleaners should be low-odor and low-corrosion to avoid irritating passengers and staff in the enclosed space; wastewater must be settled or filtered before discharge, consult the local operator and environmental requirements for specific standards.

建立“班前巡检—高峰保洁—夜间深度”三段节奏；用巡检表记录地面摩擦系数、异味点位、扶梯积尘率；以月度客伤滑倒次数、乘客投诉率、设备完好率三项 KPI 衡量。设备每日班后清空污水箱、冲洗刷盘，可延长寿命。

Establish a three-stage rhythm of pre-shift inspection, peak-hour cleaning and night deep clean; use an inspection sheet to record floor friction coefficient, odor points and escalator dust rate; measure with three KPIs: monthly slip injuries, passenger complaint rate and equipment uptime. After each shift, empty the recovery tank and rinse the brushes to extend equipment life.
